Cannot open some pages!?
If you cannot open some pages you are trying to see, the first issue is that the page is protected. Protected pages display a padlock to the right of their name as shown in the following diagram:
There are three reasons why you might not be able to open these pages:

- You have not registered on the site. You must be registered before you can see a protected page. See the following topic if necessary: Register/Login Trouble?
- You have not logged in. You must be logged in before you can see a protected page. See the following topic if necessary: To Log In or Register
- You are trying to open a protected page available only to a subset of DCV owners (for example, the Board may restrict access to material that may be sensitive in negotiating contracts or related to ongoing legal matters). As a general rule, DCV owners have access to ALL material in the "Owners & Residents Resources" and "Archives" sections of the DCV website. These areas are not available to the general public.
