Community Information
Deep Creek Village is a 48-unit town home community located in McHenry, Maryland (Website Google Map - use Back Arrow to Return). We are on the northern tip of Deep Creek Lake directly across Marsh Hill Road from Wisp Resort. The Deep Creek Lake area is in the Allegheny Mountain region of the Appalachian Mountains. Exciting activities and breathtaking scenery are easy to find in nearby Pennsylvania to the north, West Virginia to the west and south, and especially in the westernmost region of Maryland that is our home.
The 48-unit community is also a corporation, titled "Council of Unit Owners of Deep Creek Village Townhomes, Inc." It is a non-stock Maryland Corporation with board members and officers as identified elsewhere on this site (see Board Members). Consequently, we call ourselves DCVCUO, where CUO stands for "Council of Unit Owners" (more official) or "Condo Unit Owners" (easier to remember, and it still works).
