DCV Fall 2024 Homeowners Meeting
The annual meeting of the Council of Unit Owners of Deep Creek Village Townhomes, Inc. (DCV CUO) will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 9:00 am. Owners can attend the meeting in person at Garrett College (Room 111) or remotely via Zoom video conferencing. This meeting will include reports from the Property Manager and Treasurer, and give Homeowners a chance to ask questions of the DCV Board and Property Manager. The proposed 2025 budget will be presented and we will also conduct a vote on Board member nominees. Meeting material will be posted below. Per DCV CUO bylaws, if you are unable to attend, a proxy should be signed and filed with the association before the appointed time of the meeting. This proxy can be found below.
