Maintenance:DCV Repair Schedule/History Your click will open a page that contains our future major project plan. This plan shows the 6 year cycle for refurbishing (painting and repair) of each building. Our future project plan also includes items such as roof replacement, tennis court resurfacing and parking lot sealing. You can also see a summary of past projects.
Meeting Material: Annual Homeowner meeting material can be found at under the "Homeowner Meetings" section. You can find material (including meeting minutes) from the most recent annual Homeowners meeting (always held in October) as well as any planning material (e.g. agenda) for the next meeting. Seller's Package: Please note! DCV owners have access to all governing documents (Declaration, Bylaws, MD Condo Act) and the association insurance policy on this website. There is no need to contact the Property Manager for this information! Additional material that may be required by lenders may be requested from the Property Manager Property Manager for a fee. This service is NOT covered by association dues and our contract with the Property Manager.
